Do I need an appointment?+
Yes. Please call before visiting so we can discuss the watch and arrange a suitable time.
Can you quote a repair by phone?+
We can discuss likely next steps, but a responsible final estimate usually requires inspecting the watch, identifying the movement, and checking condition.
How long will service take?+
Timing depends on the work, movement, condition, testing, and parts availability. We provide a realistic expectation after evaluation.
Do you replace watch batteries?+
Yes. Battery service includes careful case handling, the appropriate cell, a visible corrosion check, and a function check.
Can you repair vintage watches?+
We evaluate vintage watches with attention to condition, originality, serviceability, and parts availability. Some watches require specialized sourcing or may not be practical to repair.
Is my watch still water resistant after opening?+
Water resistance should never be assumed after case opening. Gasket condition, crown and crystal seals, case construction, and testing all matter.
Do you work on every watch brand?+
We consider many watch types, but tooling, parts restrictions, construction, and movement condition can limit what is appropriate. Call with the brand and model if known.
Should I stop a watch with moisture inside?+
Remove it from use, avoid operating the crown or pushers, and seek evaluation promptly. Moisture can cause corrosion quickly.
